Common questions
Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app: go to Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, lists, and saved places.
Report or block someone.Open the user’s profile (or a review or list) and use the report or block option. Reports are reviewed and acted on, typically within 24 hours.
Wrong details about a place?Hours, prices, and other place information come from third parties and other users and may be out of date. Email us and we’ll look into it.
