You can permanently delete your Mango account and the data associated with it at any time. Mango is made by Bloox LLC.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way is right inside Mango: go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. This starts the deletion of your profile, lists, saved places, reviews, and photos.
Delete by request
If you can’t access the app, email support@getmango.shfrom the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm and process the request on your behalf.
What happens to your data
When you delete your account, we schedule it for permanent deletion. You have a 30-day window to recover it by signing back in, after which your personal data is permanently removed from our systems. This covers all personal data associated with your account, including the categories listed in our Privacy Policy and the Data safety section on Google Play: your profile (name and email), lists, saved places, reviews and moods, uploaded photos, and location and device identifiers tied to your account. If you signed in with Apple, we revoke the associated Apple token as part of deletion.
